Don’t blame the retailers for what has happened in our town centres. It’s not their fault that schools, hospitals and offices have been moved out of town.
Give visitors a good reasons to visit – For towns centres to flourish, you need to give multiple groups of people a reason to go there.
Need Space to Experiment – We need space in town centres for experiment, and planners and councils, and landlords need to be more flexible to allow that.
